Most of the products which we offer are manufactured and packed by us in our mill at Framlingham, in the heart of Suffolk. Any products not manufactured by us, are made for us, under Licence, and to our formulae, by other trusted processors.
We offer an on-line mail order service to most areas of the United Kingdom, with a fast courier delivery service direct to your door. Orders received by 10.00am Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on that day. Those Orders received after 10.00am, will be dispatched on the following working day. All will usually be delivered on the next working day, following dispatch. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands usually take 2 – 5 working days.

Our prices will have carriage charges - based on the total weight purchased - added to them at checkout. For guidance, any item, up to a weight of 20 kilos, will have £6.75 added to the cost price, and thereafter £0.25 will be added for each additional kilo or part kilo. If the amount ordered is significantly below 20 kilos, then sometimes a small pack or two can be added at no additional transport cost. For the Scottish Highlands a supplementary charge of £15.00 will be added to the standard England, Wales and Southern Scotland delivery scale. For Scottish Islands a supplementary charge of £20.00 will be added to the standard England, Wales and Southern Scotland delivery scale.
